Samuel Miller
Samuel Miller is a novelist & screenwriter, based in Los Angeles. His most recent novel, Redemption Prep (Harper-Collins, April 2020), was a New York Times & Indie Bestseller. It is currently in active development for television with MGM TV. His debut, A Lite Too Bright (Harper-Collins, May 2018), released to critical acclaim & three starred reviews. The book has been translated into four languages & released in eight countries. Kirkus called it a "fresh incarnation of the great American road trip novel... bursting with big ideas, enigmas, poetry, and flashes of humor." Samuel’s first feature film as a writer/director, Hey Viktor!, is slated for production in May 2021 with Telefilm Canada. Samuel grew up the son of a pastor & a teacher in Vermillion, South Dakota. In addition to writing novels, Samuel has directed a number of major label music videos, & attended the University of Southern California's MFA program in Film & Television Production.
